   c. marketing services offered by entities promoting their services through MBA Catalog;
   d. sending commercial information from the MBA Catalog;
   e. sending commercial information from entities promoting their services through the the MBA Catalog;
   f. sending newsletters from the MBA Catalog;
2. The legal basis for the processing of your data will be your consent, and in the case referred to in paragraph 1, point a), also Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
3. The recipients of your personal data will be:
   a. persons authorized by the Administrator to process data as part of their professional duties;
   b. entities to which the Administrator outsources activities that require data processing, based on a personal data processing agreement (processors);
4. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes indicated in point 1, i.e.:
   a. in the scope of your conclusion of a contract for the use of the MBA Catalog Service and its implementation - for the period until its completion, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims;
   b. in the scope of conducting direct marketing of services offered by MBA Catalog - until you withdraw your consent to such processing;
   c. in the scope of marketing services offered by entities promoting their services through the MBA Catalog - until you withdraw your consent to such processing;
   d. in the scope of sending commercial information from MBA Catalog - until you withdraw your consent to such processing; e. in the scope of sending commercial information from entities promoting their services through MBA Catalog - until you withdraw your consent to such processing; f. in terms of sending newsletters from the MBA Catalog - until you withdraw your consent to such processing;
5. In connection with the processing of your personal data by MBA Catalog, you have the right to: access your data and the right to rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing.
6. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal, subject to paragraph 9 below.
7. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
8. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, subject to paragraph 9 below.

To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract for the use of the MBA Catalog Service, the provision of your data is a condition for the conclusion of this contract. The provision of data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude and perform the contract for the use of the MBA Catalog Service
10. Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be subject to profiling.
